Impression: While the Hawksbill portion of the hike is fairly easy, the loop through the gorge is very difficult...spence ridge and little tablerock are steep and rugged...camping on top of Tablerock Mountain was one of the more spectacular sites i've ever had...clouds rolled through the gorge and provided some spectacular photos...the view from both Hawksbill and Tablerock are breathtaking and the gorge itself is worth the hike alone...challenging for a regular hiker and super difficult for the novice, this trail is worth all the effort...
